SUPER FINE TRIPLE INSULATED WIRE MIN. SIZE TIW 0.16MM TXE FOR MOTOR WINDING
We may be the only one supplier who can provide class F/155 triple insulated wire which size starts from 0.15mm. At this level, our quality is better than Furukawa that was tested by some transofmer manuafactures whom used triple insulated wire from Furukawa.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
1. The insulation of the wire, which is made up of three layers, completely isolates the primary from secondary of the transformer.
2. Unlike conventional enameled wires, the TIW series is classified as a wire with three-layered, reinforced insulation (Whereas, SWW-2 is a wire with supplementary insulation) as generally provided for in various safety standards. Therefore, it eliminates barriers, interlayer tapes, and insulating tubes in a transformer.
3. In addition to the reduction in size and economy in material cost of the tramsformer made, TIW has an advantage of improving its performance by reducing the distance between the coils.
4. In joining the wires the insulation can be easily stripped off by manual operation. Therefore, the fusing of the three layers of insulation that may occur in soldering can be avoided. Furthermore, the insulation of TIW is strong enough to withstand high-speed winding on the automatic wire winder.
