Selfbonding wire is an enamelled wire over coated with a bonding layer, which can make the wires bond together by heat or solvent after winding. This feature can make the coil as fixed,compact and self-suport one. The wire can make your components smaller and free from bobbins, tape, varnishing,etc. and bring higher production effective.Our self-bonding wire including two types, solvent bonding type and heat bonding type. Solvent bonding desinated as SBUEW and Heat bonding type designated as HBUEW-thermaplastic bonding wire and SVUEW-thermosetting bonding wire.
