SUPER FINE ENAMELED MAGNET WIRE 0.012-0.8MM ENAMELED WIRE FOR VOICE COILS
Selfbonding wire is an enamelled wire over coated with a bonding layer, which can make the wires bond together by heat or solvent after winding. This feature can make the coil as fixed,compact and self-suport one. The wire can make your components smaller and free from bobbins, tape, varnishing,etc. and bring higher production effective.
FEATURE AND BENEFITS
1. Temperature Rate: 155/180/220℃
2. Two types of self-bondnig maetrials and ca be processed with either alcohol,heat or electric methods. The alcohol must be revoved from the coil to ensure taht long term insulation degradatoin does not occur.
The wire has unifor lubrication and good winding property
