This Nylon Serving Litz Wire is engineered for high-performance winding applications where stable conductivity and excellent insulation reliability are essential. Each strand is made from 0.07 mm polyurethane enameled copper wire, providing a solderable single-core design that is convenient for processing and assembly. The conductor is constructed from 2600 individually twisted strands, forming a fine litz structure that helps reduce AC losses and improves current distribution—ideal for energy-efficient operation.
To ensure mechanical strength and insulation protection, the litz bundle is uniformly wrapped with a nylon serving layer. This outer nylon jacket enhances abrasion resistance and provides durable insulation performance under typical electrical and manufacturing conditions.
