This Taped Litz Wire is designed to meet the demanding safety and efficiency requirements of the Electric Vehicle (EV) of today. Our Taped Litz Wire has a precision applied Polyimide (PI/Kapton) film making it highly insulated for use even in very small cavities. What is more, our custom taped litz wires and cables can achieve better filling factor and higher current density for compact thermal solution.
With a taping overlap percentage fixed at a step of (adjustable up to 55% maximum), we will also ensure there are no gaps of micro level, so your charging systems will be able to handle breakdown voltages >10,000V in layered builds.
