High-Temperature PI Insulated Taped Litz Wire 0.32mmx528 Strands with 6000V Breakdown Voltage

The taped litz wire is engineered for use in high temperature high performance environments where the quality of the insulation and thermal stability must be very high.

Specification:Using PI tape, the wire is wrapped on 32X528 Multi-strand litz wire, which offer you flexibility and reliability. It is thoroughly processed to ensure that size, resistance, and winding solidity of litz wire are kept constant.

The litz wire is well insulated and has also qualified for the dielectric test of 15,000V, possessing the high resistance to electrical stress. It has a 54% tape overlap which guarantees that the same amount of coverage is given all through the whole protective layer. This taped litz wire is suitable for long operating life and stable performance required applications.

Its typical applications include electrical controls, automation equipment, transformers, test instruments, sensors, high temperature wire. Due to the good balance of mechanical and electrical properties, it is suitable for applications where the ordinary insulation wire is unable to work properly.
