Multiple Insulation choices for Litz Wire

Over the past year, we've received numerous inquiries from customers seeking expanded insulation material options that combine stable quality, enhanced temperature/voltage resistance, environmental sustainability, and cost efficiency.

In response to evolving EU regulations, we introduced TPEE (Thermoplastic Polyester Elastomer) last year - an optimal solution that complies with the PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) restriction affecting approximately 10,000 compounds.

For other regional requirements, we offer four additional advanced materials that have undergone rigorous testing and demonstrated market success, though they represent newer applications in magnet litz wire manufacturing. Notably, we've been utilizing ETFE since 2019 with proven results.
