On Augest 1st, a group of six from our foreign trade department went to the factory to study.

We held a meeting with the production department, and the manager introduced the current production situation in the factory.

The workshop is very spacious, with enameled wire workshop, stranded wire workshop, silk covered litz wire workshop, taped litz wire workshop and profiled litz wire workshop. Most of the Litz wires currently produced are self-produced enameled wires.

This is the stranded wire production workshop, and a batch of stranded wires is being produced on the line.

This is a silk-covered wire production line, a batch of silk-covered wire is being wound on the machine.

This is taped litz wire and profiled litz wire production lines.

The film materials we currently use are polyester film PET, PTFE film F4 and polyimide film PI.

Although the one-day study visit is short, we have a deeper understanding of the production process of litz wire,  which will be of great help for us to better serve our customers in the future. We look forward to our next factory tour.
