Product Description

ENAMELED TRIPLE INSULATED WINDING WIRE YELLOW 0.1-1.0MM MAGNET COPPER WIRE

The standard type wire is made up of a conductor and three insulation layers of modified polyester and thermal resistant resin. This was designed and developed to aid solderability and eliminating the need for stripping.Unlike enameled wires, 3 layers of insulation of patented design are extruded over the copper conductor. IEC60950 requires some Reinforced Insulation between the primary and secondary coils. Thus enamelled wire transformers can never omit the insulation tape or barrier tape: enamel coatings give poor electric insulation.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS

No need of interlayer insulation tape or barrier tape between the primary and secondary coils of a transformer. This positive feature of TIW serves to downsize switching transformers, and promises high production efficiency and cost reduction. "TIW Series Wires" paves the way to the design of the most modern switching transformers.
