We offer a wide variety of custom Litz wire options. For example, we can use a single wire as thin as 0.025mm to produce silkcovered litz wire. We have also manufactured litz wire with up to 12,000 strands to meet demanding application requirements. Based on copper wire as the conductor, we also produce silk covered litz wire using pure silver wire as the conductor. Since this type of wire is commonly used in audio cable, we generally use 4N or 5N high-purity silver conductors. The outer layer is wrapped in precious natural silk instead of ordinary nylon yarn and polyester yarn. If you have specific color requirements, we also offer a variety of colors of natural silk yarn for customers to choose from.

We also manufacture an audio cable based on customer requirements, consisting of 200 strands with a single wire diameter of 0.05mm, twisted together using 4N high-purity silver wire. To make the wire softer, we applied enamel to the silver wire, which makes it more solfer, and we used a larger twist pitch to enhance its flexibility. Finally, the outer layer is wrapped in white natural silk.

We understand that there are many different insulation systems and have long standing relationships with magnet wire, tape and textile suppliers. Several Litz wire constructions have been produced that utilize special insulations such as tapes required for insulation systems or extruded with ETFE, PTFE, TPE, or served with Nylon,Polyester or Nature silk. Drawing on our diverse capabilities, we can accommodate the development, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing of insulated Litz wire products to meet your specific requirements.

We supply Litz wire constructions using enameled copper wires with standard NEMA and IEC enamels. We have also designed and manufactured Litz wire, both rounded and shaped.
